PD Dr. med. Arash Najafi: Facharzt FMH Radiologie, Spezialisierung Interventionelle Radiologie

PD Dr. med. Arash Najafi ist Facharzt FMH für Radiologie mit Spezialisierung in Interventioneller Radiologie und Privatdozent an der Universität Zürich. Er hat die IRZ mitgegründet und leitet sie als Geschäftsführer; zudem ist er Chefarzt der Interventionellen Radiologie am Kantonsspital Winterthur. Seine Schwerpunkte sind die interventionelle Onkologie, endovaskuläre Eingriffe an der Aorta (EVAR) und Interventionen an Wirbelsäule und Becken. Als Fellow am Institut Gustave Roussy in Frankreich hat er sich in interventioneller Onkologie weitergebildet; er hat die europäischen Fachprüfungen EBIR-ES und EBIR-IO abgelegt und ist Fellow der CIRSE (Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe).
